Normand’s will be a small niche market occupying 3900 sq ft on the bottom floor of The Constellation in Downtown Hampton on the corner of Settlers Landing and Wine Street.

Normand’s will provide a grocery shopping experience for the consumer by, not only having the majority of the products being locally produced and sourced in our great state, but also other products to fill in the space of what we may be lacking in Virginia. We plan to offer our diverse community with everything possible to accommodate their dietary wants, needs and restrictions.

Normand’s plans on having a 600sqft commercial kitchen to be licensed for wholesale use for our small chefs and bakers to rent. The kitchen will allow them to use a larger space to make more and allow them to sell wholesale to the public.

Just outside the kitchen will be a “feature bar”. The Feature Bar allows us to showcase our local vendors inside the market for the public to be able to engage in our local talent and understand more about the importance of locally sustainable foods.

In short, we want to be a small business that supports other small businesses for continued growth and development in our communities.
